Ski-in/ski-out access: I couldn't believe my luck when I realized I could step out of the hotel and straight onto the slopes. It was like having my own personal ski lift right at my doorstep.

Malfunctions in the room: Thermostat and light issues.

During our Christmas stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast and dinner selection at the hotel. The variety and quality of the food was impressive and we especially appreciated the focus on local cuisine and produce. the hotel's central location in the heart of the Dolomites allowed us easy access to some of the best skiing and walking trails in the area. This was a major advantage as it saved us a lot of travel time and allowed us to make the most of our holiday.

One drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Although the temperature was cool during our stay, I can imagine it becoming uncomfortable in warmer weather.

A Perfect Ski Hotel

I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in the heart of the Dolomites. The public lounge and bar were simply stunning, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax after a day on the slopes. The restaurant served excellent food, leaving me fully satisfied and wanting more. The rooms, although not large, were beautifully fitted with all the necessary amenities, and the cleaning service was top-notch. The newly added horizontal chair lift made accessing the ski slopes a breeze. The only downside was the small size of the boot and ski room, which could get a bit crowded. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect ski vacation.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, being right by the ski lifts and surrounded by the breathtaking Dolomite mountains. We were thrilled to see that all the ski runs were open throughout our Easter holiday, giving us plenty of slopes to explore. The hotel offered top-notch services, from room service and housekeeping to laundry and airport shuttle. We felt pampered and well taken care of throughout our stay. The room amenities were impressive, with everything we needed, from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The bar and lounge area was simply marvellous, and the staff, especially the sommelier and mixologist, were absolute stars.

It would have been nice to experience more of the typical Italian hospitality and warmth that we had heard so much about. The service was professional, but it lacked the personal touch that we were expecting.
